Dark ruby in color with pronounced aromas and flavor of blueberries, black currant, and florals.

Floral, spicy aromas with hints of underbrush. Juicy, well-structured red fruit with great vibrancy and length on the palate. A long finish is marked by hints of herbs, coffee bean, and tomato leaf.

100% Garnacha from old, gobelet-pruned vines in sand and granite at very high altitude (1007 meters) in the Sierra de Gredos outside of Madrid.
Fermented and aged for
12 months in concrete tanks to emphasize the freshness and purity of the fruit.
