Daniel pioneered the Nouve

This medium-bodied wine is nicely silky in texture, with flavors of berry zinger tea and citrus zest finishing crisp and lingering.

A light and fruity Beaujolais, with notes of cherries, strawberries and earth. Whole cluster fermentation, aged in concrete.
