Winemaker's Notes: Txakolina from Spain’s Basque region have a natural spritz to them which make them so fun to drink when it’s wicked hot outside. Made from equal parts Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza, this is a wine that has that playful combination of racy, briny, fruity and tangy. Light and lacy with a playful little snap on the finish.
