Crisp and refreshing Mexican-style lager with lime peel and lime puree. Vienna and pilsner malts are supported by flaked maize for a light body and mouthfeel. Hopped with German Saphir hops for light citrus and earthy spiciness.

This easy drinking lager has a lagering time of four weeks which helps achieve a certain crispness and clarity. A small dry hop addition adds depth of mild citrus and sweet fruit hop characteristics.
