Winemaker's Notes: Textbook airy mousse with significant bubbles. Deep red color, with purple reflections. Very fragrant, with intense nose of red fruits and mature grapes. On the palate: well-rounded, fresh and delicate, with excellent structure, harmonious with smooth tannins. Food pairing: traditional courses of Emilian cuisine, perfect with red meats and sausages.
