FARMING PRACTICES: Organically grown and dry farmed. No chemicals used (pesticides, fertilizers, additives, etc). Hand harvested.

VINIFICATION: Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Minimally fined or filtered.

TASTING NOTES: Aromas of red cherry and strawberry. A well extracted wine with balanced fruit, spice and a lot of personality.
