This certified organic domaine, is located in the small high altitude village of Sabran, with all the vines found at altitudes of between 650 and 920 feet. This results in a cooler climate than most of the Southern Rhone and gives the wines a freshness and liveliness that is not often encountered in the region. Wine maker, Oliver Klein, utilizes traditional methods such as hand-harvesting, long and slow fermentations, and native yeasts to maintain the highest quality.
