Grgich Hills "Miljenko's" ROSÉ, Napa Valley, California

This traditionally styled rosé is crafted by the saignee method, allowing free-run juice to drain after just one to five hours of contact with the skins. Cool fermentation captured a wonderful range of fresh aromas and flavors, from sweet peach and wild strawberry to lemon zest. Minerality really shines on the palate and the long, voluptuous finish. Grgich Hills may have built their fame on other varietals, but they clearly know how to make a wine lover blush.
